Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or play a game published by Soupe Noodles ("we", "us"), including Real Zombie War: Squad Shooter (the "Game"). By playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play the Game.
1. Using the Game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and play the Game on your own devices for your own entertainment. The Game, including its code, graphics, sounds, characters and name, belongs to Soupe Noodles or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, modify, decompile or redistribute the Game, except where the law allows it.
2. Virtual currency and items
The Game contains virtual items such as coins, gems, chests, upgrades and skins ("Virtual Items"). You can earn them by playing, by watching rewarded ads, or by buying them.
- Virtual Items have no real-world money value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another player or game.
- When you get a Virtual Item, you receive a limited right to use it inside the Game, not ownership of it.
- We may change how Virtual Items work, including their prices and in-game value, to keep the Game balanced.
- Your progress and Virtual Items are saved only on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or change or lose your device, your progress and Virtual Items, including purchased ones, may be lost and cannot be recovered by us.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases inside the Game are processed by Google Play, under the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. You can request a refund through your Google Play order history.
- Purchased Virtual Items are delivered right after a successful payment. If a purchase did not arrive, contact support@soupenoodles.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.") and we will help.
- Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
4. Ads and "Remove Ads"
The Game is free to play and shows ads, including banners, full-screen ads and optional rewarded video ads that give you in-game rewards.
- "Remove Ads" options turn off banners and full-screen ads. They do not remove optional rewarded video ads, which you can still choose to watch for rewards.
- "Remove Ads" earned in the Game, for example with coins or by watching rewarded videos, lasts for the time shown in the Game, such as 24 hours.
- Rewards for watching an ad are given only when the ad has finished playing.
5. Fair play
Please play fairly. You may not use cheats, hacks, modified versions of the Game, or tools that change the Game, fake ad views or purchases, or exploit bugs. If you do, we may remove the Virtual Items involved.
6. Changes and availability
We are a small independent studio and we keep improving the Game. We may update, change or remove features, levels or content, and we may stop offering the Game at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We try to keep the Game working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the Game, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of progress or Virtual Items. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as the law allows.
8. Privacy
How information is collected and used in the Game is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Game changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply.
