Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you play Real Zombie War: Squad Shooter (the "Game"), published by Soupe Noodles ("we", "us"), and how that information is used.
1. Summary
- The Game does not ask you to create an account, and the Game does not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
- Your game progress (levels, coins, gems, upgrades, settings) is stored on your device.
- The Game shows ads. Our advertising partner collects some device information to deliver and measure those ads.
2. Information collected
Information we collect directly: none. We do not operate our own servers for the Game and do not receive personal information from it.
Information collected by third-party services in the Game:
- Advertising identifier of your device (for example, the Android Advertising ID)
- Device information, such as model, operating system version, language, and screen size
- IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location (country or city)
- Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown and whether they were viewed or tapped
- Diagnostic data, such as crash and performance information
3. Third-party services
The Game uses the following services, which collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

- Google Play services and Google Play Billing (app distribution and optional in-app purchases): Google Privacy Policy
- Unity (game engine): Unity Privacy Policy
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details.
4. How the information is used
- To show ads, including rewarded video ads and banners, which keep the Game free
- To show personalized ads where you have allowed it, or non-personalized ads otherwise
- To limit how often you see the same ad and to measure ad performance
- To detect and prevent fraud and invalid ad activity
- To process in-app purchases and restore them
5. Your choices
- Ad personalization: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID or to opt out of personalized ads.
- Consent: where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from the Game's settings.
- Game data: you can delete all locally stored game data by clearing the Game's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Game.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us so that we can help address it.
7. Data retention and security
Game progress stays on your device until you delete it. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own policies. We do not store personal data on our own systems.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because the data described above is held by the third-party services listed in section 3, requests are usually made to them directly, but you can contact us and we will help where we can.
9. Website contact form
If you use the contact form on soupenoodles.com, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter, so that we can reply. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. We use this information only to answer you, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we delete messages when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game changes, for example when a new service is added. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
